Merrit House: Monterey
Beautifully preserved, this legendary adobe consists of three suites, all historically furnished with the elegance reminiscent of another era. Each suite has a separate parlor and fireplace.

In addition to the suites, the Merritt House offers twenty-two rooms, some with balconies overlooking private secluded gardens, all with fireplaces, color television, small refrigerator, coffemaker and other amenities.

Gatehouse Inn: Pacific Grove
Welcome to the Gatehouse Inn. There are nine romantic guest rooms. Each one is individually decorated and has a private bath. In the evening we will turn down your bed and change your towels, leaving chocolates on your pillows.

In true Bed and Breakfast tradition, there are no television sets in the house or smoking allowed in the rooms. Each room has a telephone with voice mail and data port. All prices include breakfast for two. Some rooms will accommodate children, please call for availability.

Our home is located in the prestigious Monarch Beach area of Dana Point, a community of simplicity and sophistication with striking ocean views and spectacular sunsets, all within walking distance of sand and surf.

It is furnished with classic California Mission style and plantation shutters throughout. Double master-suites, each include a spacious queen-size bed and private bath with luxurious Jacuzzi tub. Upper master-suite has a balcony with sweeping ocean view out to Catalina Island.

Harbour House Unit: Dana Point
The Harbour House Unit (Number 290) is a pool-side two-bedroom unit with accommodations for four. The furnishings combine gorgeous pine, teak, marble and glass with a colour scheme focusing on natural sands and sea shades. Sitting atop the famous Dana Point Headlands, you will enjoy the smell of the sea air, with nothing between you and the ocean except eucalyptus and palm trees. Public beach access to the private and secluded strands beach is via stairs in the County Park directly across the street.

The property consists of Living/Sitting room, separate den, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, guest bedroom, pool area/hot tub.

Bucks Beach Bungalow
Cozy and freshly remodeled 1920's garden-style bungalow, is 1/2 block from the beach in the Pleasure Point area. It's on 35th Avenue, between Capitola & Santa Cruz beach boardwalk.

Sunny & fresh cottage that has a full kitchen and the living room is cozy and comfortable. This open-architecture style home has a queen Murphy bed in the bedroom area; a queen innerspring futon in the living room area, and two twin sized cots are available to sleep 6.
